• We never use terms like "semi-precious" to describe gemstones; every gemstone is valuable and deserves full transparency.

• All transactions will be conducted on a price-per-carat basis. Please note that carat weights may vary on a per-stone basis due to the natural variations in gemstones.
• The estimated carat weight we provide is intended as a benchmark only and should not be considered exact. Final pricing will always reflect the actual carat weight of each stone.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the specific order and product availability.
• While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, certain items may be subject to delays based on availability. In such cases, our team will inform you of any expected delays within 48 hours of your order being placed.

• We strive to ensure our gemstones are sourced responsibly, with respect for the environment and fair labor practices.
• We do not knowingly support or engage in any activity that involves child labor, smuggling, or other illegal practices.
• We believe in protecting the rights of miners, cutters, and all workers in the supply chain.

• We honor all terms of consignment agreements, ensuring clarity on ownership and responsibility.
• Any merchandise on memorandum remains the property of the consignor until a bill of sale is executed.

• We honor all financial commitments promptly and in writing.
• All invoices are considered due on receipt unless otherwise agreed.

• We comply with all advertising standards as per AGTA and the Federal Trade Commission.
• We only use the AGTA membership logo in an appropriate manner, and never imply AGTA’s endorsement of our prices or products.

• When providing gemstone identification or appraisals, we ensure independence, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• We do not overstate the value or quality of any merchandise.

• We embrace transparency in all our business practices and always act in the best interests of our clients.
