  • What metal is used in the jewelry?
    Unless otherwise explicitly states, all pieces are made of Sterling Silver. A few select pieces have gold in them.
  • What is your return policy?
    We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. Our return policy is as follows: 1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that have been resized, customized, or modified in any way are not eligible for return. 2. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email and provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package. 3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 5. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. 6. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.   • What shipping options are available?
    For all orders in the US under $1000 - standard free ground shipping is available. For any orders in the US over $1000 - standard free ground shipping (with signature) is available. Next day delivery in the US is also available for $20. For all international orders, standard ground shipping is $35.
  • Can I ship my order to an international location?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Different countries will have country specific shipping related costs.
  • How can I track my order?
    A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.
  • Are products insured when shipped?
    All shipped orders are insured. B.V. Gems is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing/lost, B.V. Gems may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party.
  • Can I pick up the items I purchase online in the physical store?
    Yes, all orders can be picked up at our HQ location within 1 business day of the order. The HQ is located at 66 West 47th Street, Booth # 9 & 10, New York, NY 10036.
