 We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that have been resized, customized, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

2. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email and provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

6. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
